Three phase training program to get you ready for a full Off-Road Olympic or Sprint Triathlon

Our Events

PHASE ONE

In PHASE ONE, Participants will run either a 5K or 10K Run. Both runs are an out and back course on a gravel road. Each run will be the same run course they will run in their triathlon

PHASE TWO

During PHASE TWO, Participants will have three races to choose. we will start the day with a swim, Swimmer can choose 500m, 800m, or 1500m out and back swim in a protected cove. Then runners will be able to run the 5K or 10K run course on the gravel road. Or you can participate in the Aquathlon. Participants will choose Sprint or Olympic distances. Sprinters will swim 800m and then run the 5K run course. Olympic racers will swim 1500M and run 10K.

PHASE THREE

IN PHASE THREE, you will have 9 Different races to choose from. Just a swim, either 800M or 1500M. Just a run of either 5K or 10K on gravel or 22K Lake Loop trail run. A Sprint or Olympic distance Aquathlon (800m Swim - 5K Run or 1500 Swim - 10K Run). A Off-Road Sprint or Olympic Triathlon (800m Swim-11K Bike-5K Run or 1500m Swim-22K Bike-10 Run).
